After v20.00 Software Update - Delays Experienced Between Button Presses and Menus

What version of Display you have on your watch? 

I had 3.30 with exclamation mark (!), so upgraded to 3.40 from the 20.00 beta firmware and the watch feel snappier (when entering a menu etc). Hopefully it would have positive impact on battery, too, will need to monitor for at least a day.

Well, I'm not installing BETA things, so if Garmin released 20.0 without display 3.30 then I don't need to install it, as it's not official release, but BETA.

Same problem 100% to 55% in a little over 24 hours! It's the last update that has screwed with battery life, hopefully it will be fixed soon as I have better things to do than charge a $700 watch every couple days!!

no additional widgets, supersimple watchface

I switched from my Connect IQ Watchface (Crystal) to a default Garmin Watchface and this solved the battery drain. So my conclusion is that the problem comes from the connect iq framework. Until there is a fix i will use Garmins stock watchfaces.

In the following post is commented that the upgrade of the display module is possible. In my case, I upgrade this part and the delay has dissapeared and the battery drains improves a little

My 5x is on normal 20.00 and in About it shows Display 3.30 (!). And there’s a definite delay that wasn’t there on 19.10.
