I’m so disappointed, the only working firmware was 13.51 beta.

You may know this already but when charging reaches 100% you may a rapid initial drop as it is difficult to measure %100 when charging. Either make sure you have left it on the charger for a while at %100 or die you testing from 90 or so. As just suggested as well do a soft reset after an update. I have not had the battery drain issue on either building but those that did seem to be reporting much better results now.
With beta 13.51 was perfect, about 5% per day instead of 18% now with 14.20.
So, here's a good one - over 15 days ago I posted Every single time... BATTERY DRAIN, specifically referring to the recent update to 14.20 by stating, "Why is it that every single time I install an update to my Fenix 5. I have to deal with the battery drain issue - serious, you think they'd have it figured out by now? The best part was the response from Garmin-Heath, it said I should update to software version 14.20!
I am NOT having a problem -- didn't with the previous 14.x versions and haven't recently.
I lose a couple tenths of a percent per hour idle, more obviously with more-serious use. I ran a half-marathon Saturday and consumed the expected amount of power. I have three different watch faces I like and they DO impact the power consumption -- Actiface appears to use the least, but I like it the least, so.... yeah.
