on Win10, I made a fresh install of 6.10.0 (deleting prevoius installl and all Garmin appdata and userdata related files After 1h repeaded attempts I was only able to have the folder C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Map\Map_Map.ActiveEU.2.0\RMU\ACTIVEWEU\2_0grow as big as 460MB (229 files), but no installation yet
Have you rebooted your Mac since updating Express? If not do that first. Then if still not working delete the device from Express and re-add it then try.
I'm sure the problem is that there is not enough space on the watch for the map - but garmin support really don't know what is going on. You would think that somebody at Garmin HQ would have a watch and try it ?

I did both things but still get the same error message...
I consider Garmin's behavior utterly offensive It's almost 3 moths there are open threads about this issue and yet....not an official statement from Garmin.....at least to prove us they acknowledged the issue I guess we've just been too polite and calm. We should mass return our watches to garmin assistance, at least they would notice the carrier bill!!!
123none123 if your issue is regarding Garmin Express on a Mac, Garmin has already acknowledged the issue in this thread. And published new version ">release notes">release notes.
seilogramp There are 3 open threads about this issue, one is as old as 3 months, but no Garmin answer yet The thread are in Fenix 5x subfolder Considering I sent to garmin assistnce a FEnix 5x that updated mpas properly.....I guess the issue is device related and not app related Anyway this is no excuse for Garmin to ignore these threads
