Install fenix 5 Beta Firmware to APAC version

I believe APAC firmware is only up to version 4.10. See above for a S uggestion of how to load a ROW Beta (although I wouldn?t recommend this!)

Thank you chunkywizard's advise. I thought APAC FW already have beta version for testing; better wait.

Hurrah.. I charge my fenix 5 APAC today on my comp, and get version get 4.20 :) While the global version had 5.30 since a week ago :(

Mine after follow the process to update manualy to 5.10 was updated automatically to 5.30 and its APAC too.

I also got the 4.20 update today, not 5.30.

The changes according to Garmin:

Changes made from version 4.10 to 4.20:

• Add support for Japan cycling course
  
• Add support for course loading tips
  
• Improved Vietnamese Font display quality
  
• Fixed a potential issue that lap point was off course when activity was uploaded to GC

I am waiting for a fix on the jumpy pace. Even the lap pace seems jumpy..

Hi. I bought my Fenix 5x recently and received the APAC version, but I live in Brazil.
I would like to know if there is any possibility to modify it to the ROW version, thus obtaining the Portuguese language.

As per other thread, the answer is no, you need to swap it.

so annoying that I can't seem to find post for APAC updates. Is it me or APAC F5 owners are being left out?????????
