I tried that method to force update my Fenix 5 APAC from 4.1 to 5.1, but no luck.

I just used the copy/paste method of 5.10 files and worked fine in my 5S APAC.
All it's working fine.

Have tried that with the WebUpdater for Mac. No luck. It said my fenix 5 APAC 4.10 is up to date.

Follow this procedure, its simply [h=2]Installation Instructions[/h]

• Download and unzip fenix_***Beta.zip
  
• Place the gupdate.gcd file, found in the System_v*** folder, into the \GARMIN folder of the device
  
• Place the gupXXXX.gcd file, found in the Sensor Hub_v*** folder, into the \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder of the device
  
• Place the gupXXXX.gcd file, found in the GPS_v*** folder, into the \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder of the device
  
• Place all files found in the Text_v*** folder into the \Garmin\TEXT folder of the device
  
• Disconnect from your computer and proceed through the update.
  
• If you would like to revert to the last public release software, drop the gupdate.gcd file found in the System_Backdate_v410 folder in the \GARMIN directory
  
• NOTE: If you revert to an older version of software, all of your settings will be reset to defaults.

I have tried to follow the instruction to install fenix 5 beta firmware 5.10 into my fenix 5 APAC version. After placing the files as the instruction say, my device just froze when disconnected from my notebook. I just reset the watch by press and hold the light button, then back to normal function as firmware fenix 5 APAC 4.10, nothing else happen. Now I think of the junk files on my device.

Three weeks Iis too long for APAC owner to wait the update :(
