Hi,
Has it solved the problem?
Mine is stuck at 20,000 meters and doesn’t store manual calibration.
Barometer is working fine.
tks
I am sorry you have an issue. If your altimeter calibration either fails or your altimeter reading is extremely high or low despite being able to calibrate it, your altimeter has failed and your watch will need to be exchanged if possible. Be sure to check the altimeter port on the right side of your watch doesn't have anything in it. You can also soak your watch in luke warm water (with nothing added to the water) for 5-10 minutes. Your statement of 20,000m strongly suggests your barometric altimeter has hardware failed.
