Clock face alignment issue

I think it is a manufacturing variance. I'm not sure if it's only happening to my watch, but I'm pretty annoyed by it. You can see the clock face is not aligned to centre it's a bit tilted towards the bottem left. If I open up the compass widget I can see the circle is a bit cut off at the bottom left bit.

Is this happening to anyone else? Please see attachments.

(I have now taken new pictures and highlighted the gaps with blue dots)

    Well I don't see anything wrong either. Could you get a larger picture of the problem area and mark it there? I am not saying you would not have an issue, it is just something I fail to see on the pics.

    Thanks. The issue is clearly visible on those. I would say it is a defect and needs to be fixed by Garmin or the retailer. I would call Garmin directly.
  • I had a similar issue with the Forerunner 235, watch face was off centre. So sent it back to Garmin who replaced it. I got the watch very soon after launch. I also had to send back the Forerunner 225 due to build issues, it took three watches before I got a quality built watch. With Garmin I am always a little worried about build quality so soon after launch.

    What was the process involved? Did they ask you to send back your watch for them to verify the fault first before they decided to send you a new one?

    I sent them a photo of the watch, they agreed that there was a problem, and asked me to send the watch in for an exchange.
