I have a Vivosmart 4 and I just pick “cardio” for the sauna.
I sauna at 90C for 30 mins every day and track my HR with it (I like to hit 150 HR in the sauna).

I have a Forerunner 935 and I just leave it in the locker.
Sauna is for relaxing, not for how high your HR could be.

Agree - sauna IS for relaxing!!!!
It’s a huge part of my daily health routine so I do like knowing what my heart rate did while in it though (I do 30 mins at 90C or about 200F so I want to be sure I don’t get the HR too high!).
I should note on that point... I turned off heart rate alert zones for Cardio so that my watch isn’t complaining about “heart rate too low” while relaxing in the sauna.
