Interval countdown

If you are using a workout then the watch beeps for 5 seconds before each change in activity. So 5 seconds before the end of your interval and then 5 seconds before the end of your rest period etc. I don't believe this is custimiseable.

So preparing a workout where the 50 sec lap is split into 3 laps (with 10,15,25 sec duration) would solve the issue.

You could for instance make something like this:

This is a workout where you warm up for as long as you want before going through 5 intervals of 50 secs with beeps at 10, 25 and 50 sec and with rest periods of 40 secs.

I doubt it but I don´t know since I haven´t laid my hands on a Fenix 5 yet.

When I do my intervals, I dont have any sound, it vibrates so I look down to see what part the interval I am in.

Have you checked the user manual and you still don´t understand how to disable the sound?

Or didn´t you bother checking the user manual but rather hope that forum users would answer every question you throw at them?
