So preparing a workout where the 50 sec lap is split into 3 laps (with 10,15,25 sec duration) would solve the issue.
Go over to your Garmin Connect page and create a workout

This is a workout where you warm up for as long as you want before going through 5 intervals of 50 secs with beeps at 10, 25 and 50 sec and with rest periods of 40 secs.

Yes it works thank you :) one last question,can i disable the beep sound for the last 5 seconds?
When I do my intervals, I dont have any sound, it vibrates so I look down to see what part the interval I am in.
how you disable the sound?
