Garmin Fenix 5S Plus shows that its charging but wont boot

Hello everyone! I just bought a Garmin Fenix 5S Plus. I recieved it today and tried to charge it. It shows that it is charging (see picture below) but i cannot boot it. I have tried holding down the buttons according to other posts regarding Garmin Fenix 5 not turning on. Holding the light button for a minute etc. Can someone please help?

The battery indicator seems to be so low, that there isn't enough power to boot up. You might need to continue charging it. If it's been a while, I would try swapping the charging cable and charging source…
