Livetrack; no track; anyone else?

Livetrack auto start and sending of the link works, but no track is shown on the map screen. The LT map is working (again) for the Fenix 1. I am not sure if it is a side effect of beta 13.74. I tried a lot of things except downgrading to 13.00 again, or starting over with a new Garmin account, and I'm not going to do that unless it's just me experiencing this. So I'd like to hear from others, thanks in advance!

    Hi Twinaxx, I've just performed a test running software version 13.00... Everything works as it should.. I can see the live track on the live screen... and when the activity is saved.. I can see the track on the map screen in the Garmin Connect activity tab....

    Maybe a side effect of 13.74...as you said....

    I did have to redo the pairing between my phone and the watch, but since then everything runs fine, livetrak and mapping  (F5X+, Beta 13.74, Android 10).  How long do your tests sessions last ? I've haven't done short tests, just using the feature during my normal rides.

    Thanks for checking guys. In the mean time I also tested LT with activities over 1 hour duration, no luck. I'm just going to wait for the next firmware release, and keep using my Fenix 1 for livetracking until then.

    Just had an update for Garmin Connect that you might not have tried yet?

    Indeed there is an update to 4.37.1 just now, I'll try it on my next run.

    Well finally, I figured it out (for FW 13.74) I have to set autostart to off, and manually start LiveTrack from GCM *after* starting the activity on the watch. It then takes another 10-15 minutes or so to actually start showing my location on the map, but it's better than nothing at all. Maybe it's something with my phone. No idea, just happy that this safety feature (sortof) works again.

    Just to confirm that Livetrack autostart is still working here on the latest Garmin Connect and Fenix 5 Plus 13.00 (Galaxy Note 9 Android 10). First run in 2 weeks so only just been able to check. Map works fine too.

    Are you still having to manually start livetrack? My Husband has to the Fenix 5 plus and Samsung S20 Note Ultra. His livetrack is sending the email but the map is blank on opening the link.  We both have version 4.39 of the GCM app and  the same app settings as I have checked them side by side. I have a Forerunner 645 and a Samsung S21 yet my livetrack works fine and the track and mileage are displayed.

    I am having the same issue, my partner with a Forerunner 235 is not. It is fine if I manually start a livetrack but not with autostart. So annoying.

    Im having the same issue with my Fenix 5 Plus aswell.... driving me nuts
