Adding Emergency Contacts

I've had problems with emergency contacts not being notified..... You have to add + and country code to the existing contact number....but I still have problems using it.

Ps....side note.... Bugs with this forum are creeping in.... Log in log out... Sign in problems.... Tried three times to post this! 

5730895 Hello.  I will do what I can to help.  Are you using the Connect app on an Android phone or iPhone?  Also, after selecting "done" is there any type of error message or just nothing at all on the screen like you mentioned?  Thank you.

Thanks! I’m using the Connect app on an iPhone 11. When I select “done” I briefly see the little running person icon, but nothing else happens. The screen continues to show my phone contacts, if I exit the screen the contact I selected is not saved.

Hello.  I wanted to follow up and let you know a change was made on our end which we believe resolved the issue.  Can anyone that was experiencing this issue please confirm if you are now able to add contacts or not through the Connect app on iOS?  Thank you.

I'm using Android so can't confirm ios... but its started working for me now.. All my contacts were notified when I just tested now.
