Volume controls on powerbeats pro no longer work 10.0

The volume controls dont work anymore for my bluetooth headphones.  Since 10.0.  Never had a problem before

Anyone else see this?

  • its not liked it never worked.  They break things on updates and just dont care anymore

  • It is not acceptable.my vivo active was working fine with powerbeats pro then after a sw upgrade on the watch the issue come up on volume controls

  • Our engineers are working with Apple to resolve the volume adjustment issue with their Powerbeats Pro. When this issue began, all Apple Powerbeats Pro were given a new software update by Apple. After the update, "all" Garmin music capable watches started being reported for Powerbeats Pro no longer working with the volume adjustment on the Bluetooth headphones.

    For now, the volume can still be changed through the watch itself.

  • Garmin Team, this is great news... Yes, the Apple firmware update bricked the volume controls on the physical headphones. And most of us already know Garmin does not support the Powerbeats Pro headphones. For us Garmin supporters who prefer the Powerbeats Pro headphones, please know that we are very thankful for your support and actions to remedy this issue and are hopeful for a quick update to fix this! Thank you.

    As someone else who has been experiencing this problem, I also think this is great news. I love love love my Garmin + Powerbeats Pro and recommend it to anyone who will listen to me but this is definitely a frustration at the moment so I'm holding off on my emphatic recommendations.

    • this issue is still not resolved!!! first time I buy garmin product ... and probably will be the last!! I make my best choice fully shared on social so they learn what means customer services.
  • Chris any news??? customers deserve an update given the fact we are talking about best of breed technology ..please escalate again this topic
