Can't delete import route from watch

Hello,

I have problem with one import GPX route on my F5 plus that was stuck in memory. After deleted this route I still have visible this route on my watch (not garmin connect website). The route is without a map, no altitude. I can't delete route - nothing will happen. I don't have any GPX files on F5 folder... Can I delete "bug route" without a factory setting?

Couldn't find solution. So I resetted the watch. In the last 1,5 years this happend 3 times to me. Really annoying

I don't want full reset watch :( Status training and others will be reset too.

use Physio TrueUp or TrueUp and backup/restore

loosing stats is not the end of the world, believe me

otherwise call Garmin Support

report here the content of your COURSES folder

delete and re-create the COURSES folder

delete COURSES folder

restart watch

check folder

when not present re-create

and do to hard reset by press and hold the light button until the screen goes dark

afterwards sync time when not already done automagically

I know this from my experience: problem is connected with creation new route (garmin connect web) from an existing one (friend activity) and pre-set with friend pace. Without pre-set friend pace nothing problem.

I'm not sure. This time I used the Komoot App to install on watch. But the times before it happen by importing an GPX file.

For me it seems that Problem mit appears, by importing route to Garmin Connect and syncing this to smartphone.

Probably a long shot, check in new files folder on watch. If remember correctly, I had files that stayed there if they were faulty. But was showing up in course list anyway. I think it was international characters in course points or course name or something like that.
