Same problem here. I can´t install 7.60 firmware.
WebUpdater not working either.
Web browsers have no problems accessing the Internet.
This is on Windows 7.
I was able to import a GPX file to connect.garmin.com and then send it to device.
I did not use Garmin Express but did a WiFi sync from the watch.
The course was transferred without problems.
Happening here as well. But that's getting pretty regular Garmin! Every few updates there are these 'server issues'! I'm agreeing more and more with DC Rainmaker 'Garmin' is becoming more and more known for its buggy software.

As for using the Garmin WebUpdater on a mac that software was built in 2012 So absolutely useless on todays Macs

Same problem here (for 3 days). Webupdater isn't a solution (can't find my Fenix on a Mac).

3 days and Garmin can't fix their servers... and redirects you to a solution that doesn't work... so Garmin....
Common... Is someone really working on it? It's been more than 3 days now... Webupdater not working on Mac because this app is so old... Nothing is also updated from Garmin Connect on my mobile.
BTW all my other devices (Edge 1030, wife's Vivocative 3) are updating correctly...
I was having the same issue from home on Win 7 sp 1. I installed Express on work PC running same and was able to update. I wonder if it has to do with region and/or ISP. My work network routes through Delaware while I actually live in Missouri (home ISP is ATT).
Either that, or they just fixed the problem this morning.
