WiFi connection errors 0500 and 0300

Hello, has anyone same problem? From yesterday, I can not upload anything via WiFi connection. If I try connection via GC, it writes that there is a stable connection. But when I try to upload something, it gives me the error 0300 or 0500. I am on regular 6.00 software version.
  • WLAN Error 0500, 0300
    (fenix 5X Plus - FW 6.0)
Ein Totalreset sowie ein rücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen bringt keine Änderung.
    Keine WLAN Verbindung kein Synch.

  • I had the same issue. I solved it by deleting the wifi connection and adding the same connection from the GC. I was able to established the wifi connection from the watch, but not sync, after the adding the same connection from the GC it is working. You can try it Rocky_cs. I got this solution from FB discussion.
  • I am on the latest 6.62 and it does not work for me either :( error 500. I deleted the connection and recreated it. Still doesn't work.

    Yet another bug.

I had the same error 500 problem and tried your solution - it did not solve the problem, I was still unable to connect to Wi-Fi on the watch (fenix 5x Plus / SW 6.00).

    Then I went to:

    MENU>Settings>Wi-Fi>My Networks>[Choose network you added in GC]>Update Password>[Enter your Wi-Fi password]

Now, the connection works like a charm!

    Hi everyone.
I have the Fenix 5X Plus from a week. Firmware 7.10. Never worked with my wifi and my two routers:
    D-LINK DVA-5592
    ADB EpiCentro VV2220
With my Forerunner 920XT everything fine.
I try everything, reset, hard reset, using connect for the password or using the watch. Nothing changed. If I set up the password from the watch the first connection seams ok. If I try a sync just a second later I got 0500 error. If I try a connection using my smartphone like hotspot everything fine. I tryed 3 different routers and only one of three works. I have an open issue with garmin. If the watch with wifi does'nt work I'll send il back to garmin. I thing that's not a good thing for a top product that costs a lot.

I have received different replays from garmin to my issue. One of them says: Ther's a bug on the firmware, please wait the fix of the next release. Have anybody received the same reply for the wifi?

Gamin says to contact the router manufacturer for te wifi problem, although it works great with various devices among others even a Forerunner 920XT. I have requestued the full refund of the product. I'm so sorry but I think that garmin is not able to handle the problem.
  • Delete the device from gcm and pair it new. Than try it again. Sometimes that is helpful.

Unfortunately, I make this from the GCM from the watch end from my MacBook Pro. No way. I am sure that the problem il between this watch and my router. I find other routers with which the watch works, and more then one that doesn't work. One of them is mine.
