Okay, so your run was recorded and transferred after this issue occured? That should mean that it's only a matter of the CIQ data not being visible in GC/GCM.
And all we can hear is the deafening silence of Garmin customer support..
Had anyone actually contacted Garmin Support?
It's been repeated over and over. If you want Garmin Support, then contact Garmin Support instead of hoping they'll see your post.
