Maybe a defective watch
Former Member
Well I already contacted Garmin , but I wanted to see if you guys and gals had any other advice before I exchange it for a new one . Well I have been having Bluetooth issues since , I don’t know how long . Long story short, my watch will not par with my iPhone X at all . When I try to par the watch to the Garmin app , the watch says initializing , instead of the code that it normally give you. It connected before when I first brought the watch , but now I haven’t received any luck at all .
Well then, as long as you are following the precise instructions on how pair with the GC app (and some people do not!) then you are best logging a support call. I guess you could have a faulty watch.
