I think thatst the problem I always run trails so use trail run...
I used Run instead of Trail Run in the foothills today and my training status appeared immediately after the activity. I'm not sure if that's smart because the hills might negatively affect your Vo2 max estimate, but nothing really changed for me; Vo2 max, training load, recovery, and race prediction are all the same. The only difference is now my watch says "maintaining" instead of "no status." Meh. :)
