Bought a 5X Plus but it is only showing up as a 5x

WHen trying to hook up with Bluetooth, Connect App, and Connect Software. Am I doing something wrong? Can play music, but cannot add music to the phone, no Pay feature, no Pulse Ox info, etc.
Can anyone help? Anyone else have this problem?

Bought it from Garmin on Amazon and the box was sealed.

What makes you think it's a 5x? the box says it s 5x?

in any case - from what I can tell, the 5X PLUS will have 4 LEDs at the back. (4th LED is a red one - pulse Ox). the F5x would only have 3.

BTW - the pulseOx is not really useful unless you're going up some mountain etc i guess

Sounds like you bought a 5x instead of a 5x plus. 5x plus should be written on the box and the backside of the watch.

Thanks for the responses. I bought a 5X Plus. The box said 5X plus. I did some reseach myself and noted the LEDs as mentioned and looked more closely and it was a 5X packed in a 5X Plus box. It had 5X engraved on the back. Called Amazon and a replacement is on the way. Very strange as it was sealed when i received it and the seller was Garmin on Amazon. Hoping it was just a one-off mixup on their part and the replacement will actually be a Plus.
