Hi all,
Starting from some recent days, my MK1 can't sync with Garmin Connect through Mobile App.
I am not sure if this caused by my mobile app updated to latest, or the MK1 Firmware upgraded to 8.0 or some other issue else.
I am using iPhone latest IOS 12.4, not sure if this is a cause of issue too.
I am ok to sync with the activities, but the daily heart rate, step, floor or sleep can't sync.
I am also ok to show weather information and real time heart rate on the app, seem like it is not a bluetooth connection or internet issue.
I tried the following per instruction on line:
- Turn off BlueTooth and shut down the iphone
- Restart both the watch and iPhone
- Remove the watch from Garmin app and iPhone Bluetooth device, then add them back
- Reset the watch to factory setting
... all are not quite helpful.
