Looks like a nice “copy & paste” response.
That is a bad response. We do have the additional information that you send in, and we are looking into both issues.
Look at the bright side, at least they responded.....
I have submitted a couple of questions that Garmin never responded to. Though I have also received a response that does not answer my question on more than one occasion.
