approach x40 won't connect to computer

My Approach X40 will charge, but it won't connect to Garmin Express.

Are you using the Garmin USB data cable that was provided with the watch? Also, you posted on the German forum. I know that Garmin staff do respond to the approach forums here: https://forums.garmin.com/outdoor-recreation/golf/f/approach-x40
