Weather is showing wrong temp and info

Question

Weather does not show correct temp, sometimes is correct but mostly off if at all. Sync with app and still wrong temp

Please sync your Approach S40 through the Golf APP and see if your weather shows more accurately again. If you have the Connect Mobile APP installed too, please manually sync in the GCM APP too. 
 For all Approach S40 owners that see this thread and within this thread - if your weather being reported to your watch from the Golf APP is significantly off , and syncing through the Golf APP does not resolve your issue, please highlight my name and send me a Private Message . Thank you!

 Everyone that is following this thread, please test keeping your Garmin Connect Mobile APP open in the background on your Android smartphone to see if that resolves your Approach S40 weather issue. 
 Please let us know how it goes! Our engineers are looking into the issue. Both workarounds found and additional examples will help get the issue resolved much quicker. Thank you!

Golf engineering got back to me and stated that the cause of the issue continues to be worked on. Once the issue is resolved, all customers that have been added to the tracking case will be emailed by our Outdoor Helpdesk team. 
 I am sorry we do not have an estimated time of completion. Meanwhile, the workaround will be to use the weather widget on your smartphone.

The bug causing the weather to improperly show 80/80 is not resolved. I saw your direct private message. I will respond to you to get you added to the main report sent to our engineers. Our Outdoor Helpdesk team will email you once the issue has been resolved.

When I looked at my Android notifications control panel "Weather" was turned off. Turning it on and resyncing fixed it. I'm using an S62 and Android 11
