Brand new today and during set up the watch has frozen on sunrise and sunset. The watch will not switch and I cannot get it off this screen. Please advice
Have you tried rebooting the watch? Press and hold the button until it reboots, around 25 seconds. There had been some issues with the sunrise/sunset screen but not a freeze that I'm aware of. In any case, after you get it rebooted, the first thing I'd do is make sure it's on the latest firmware, 3.1 I believe.
