Activation failed at the last step after Billing, the online page shows error, the unit says the activation takes long time, complete online. Once I logout, and log back in online, it goes to the step 1, will not go further, with message "Activation is pending for this device". I have tried to resend from device, still goes to nowhere, so far it looks like a dead loop. What else to try? I have tried on customer support line, was on hold forever. Currently it's Friday afternoon, Support won't be available until Monday, super frustrating...
