Product Support Centre Phone 1-800-235-822 does not answer!

I have been trying to contact the support team on 1-800-235-822 as per the steps on the website for repair of my Fenix. No one even answer the phone after 3 days calling the centre. Is the number correct or any other way to contact the support centre?

1-800-800-1020 I think that’s Garmin USA /International product support. I just leave my phone number and they call back in 15-20 minutes. I’m in western Canada.

yes Australia Product Support. I have called them multiple times and emailed, still no response. I am wondering if there is even a product support in Australia. I am considering making a case in ACCC for customer rights.

Hi Garmin, thanks for your response. This is exactly the same phone number that I have been trying for about a week multiple times a day waiting half an hour and no one took the call! Any other solution you would want to provide to your customers?!

It does work. I got through on that number two days ago on Wed 17th at 16:44 and for "Outdoor" on the IVR, the rep that answered the call was indeed a locally based Aussie. And yes, emails can take weeks.

Note re ACCC unfortunately the best you will get from Garmin for anything in the too-hard-basket is the standard local modus operandi of flinging out replacements or refunds to meet compliance.
