Log into your Garmin account, select Profile > Products.

Then go to https://explore.garmin.com/Devices
and look over your subscriptions and settings.
You should also factory reset the device, removing all user data. Instructions vary according to the device. This link is for the Messenger, which is one of the more complicated cases (because of the mess with the Messenger app and your cell number).

The corresponding articles for other devices are difficult to find. The principle is the same for ALL of them. Factory reset. If you have an option to keep or delete user data, be sure to delete user data.
