I'm lost in the Garmin-software and seem to be unable to perform some basis tasks related to new device (a Mini 2). I'm not quite sure what is going on, but as an end-user I start to have a feeling the software is full or bugs. But maybe I'm doing stuff wrongly, if someone has a good manual that fits with the current version of explore.garmin.com and/or the current Explore App (for iPhone) I'm very interested. I currently have 2 examples of basis tasks I cannot perform.
Task 1 i cannot perform is deleting a track I've made with the Mini 2 via the Tracking function. This particular track:
- Shows up on MapShare.
- Shows up on explore.garmin.com, however the current version of this website doesn't seem to have the trash bin-icon to delete stuff (e.g. tracks from the library).
- Does not show up on the Explore App (the only software that I figured can delete stuff).
- The device (mini2) doesn't seem to have an option to show tracks. They are 'gone' after the tracking is done.
Task 2 i cannot perform is to select what libraries should show up on mapshare.
- When I select the M-symbol on explore.garmin.com I can an overview with collections and some select boxes. However, clicking them doesn't do anything: the checkmark-symbols do not disappear.
- The M-symbol is absent on the Explore App, this seems to be a function that only exist on explore.garmin.com.
- I can't do anything on the device itself related to this.
Any clues..? Thanks ahead!
P.S. I'm working on a Mac. I've used 3 different internet browser for explore.garmin.com (Safari, Chrom, Firefox), but I didn't notice any differences. I also removed all cookies without any success..
