Activation doesn't go through - Waiting for Response forever

A brand new inReach Mini 2 device. We bought a subscription and have been trying to activate it. How long should it normally take? Display shows Waiting for Response for over an hour with no changes.

no, I had paid for a plan, it wasn't showing up.

anyway it doesn't matter now, several hours later it seems to have sorted itself out. my plan shows, my device is registered.

Mine was doing the same thing. While waiting I noticed an email from Garmin requesting I verify my email. As soon as I verified my email account my inReach MINI 2 activated.
