Altimeter/Height Graph not working

Hello Simon I would love to help investigate this further. For this, I have some additional questions. 

• When this occurs, do you still see other elevation changes?

I am experiencing the same problems with the altimeter plot. • Overall, altitude is still being recorded. I did not see if during the non-working of the graph changes happened. Overall, during the tour which was planned with 360 meters of total ascent, 320 meters were recorded. So it seems it was registering altitude most of the time. 
  
  
• I calibrated altimeter and compass, the graph was still incomplete. 
• I did not power cycle the device during the tour. Will try next time. 
• This is happening since I got the device with all software versions so far. The graph is fine when I start a tour but the predicted heights from the active navigation disappear after a while. Sometimes, the predicted part of the graphs comes back and disappears again. 
• when I open the altimeter view, even when the graph is incomplete, I can scroll in the upper graph and while scrolling, the lower graph shows the predicted altitude. As soon as I release the upper graph, it disappears again. The upper graph stays inconsistent even while scrolling. Looks like some data is there and just the displaying widget is not working.
