Alguien sabe como porque no puedo terminar de transferir tracks completois del gps67 a otro dispositivos?

What do you mean by "wireless transmission"? Are you talking about remote-controlling the 67i from a wearable like a watch? About sending a text message to a phone? About sending a text message to another inReach device? Something else?

Quiero decir a pasar un track de un gps a otro.. Tengo un un gps67i que si recibe ,pero que le doy a enviar y no pasa del 20%.

 Tampoco he podido resetear ( gps67i) con la formila  ( pulsar  menu+quit +out ) + power  y soltar.

The short version: You can reset from the Menus.

As long as both devices are within ANT range, and the other device is in Receive mode, this ought to work. I have no personal experience. You may have to open a support ticket with your local support organization.
