Cannot Unlock Maps

When the system boots, I receive a notice "Cannot Unlock Maps". I have to "enter" in order to dismiss the alert. I have reset the device to factory defaults, however no change in symptoms.

Any assistance would be apprecaited.

Are those maps listed in the Map Setup page? Are you able to view them on the Map page?

While the map is displayed, I select “Menu” -> Enter -> “Configure Maps” -> enter. The three maps are “enabled”.

As a test, I disable all three maps. Nothing is displayed.

Only Enable Worldwide DEM Basemap -> roads are displayed.

Only Enable Topoactive Americas, North -> Nothing is displayed

Only Enable Topoactive America, Central -> roads and topographic information is displayed

OK, sounds like an issue with the TopoActive North America map installation.

Please use Garmin Express to re-install the TopoActive North America map!
