Putting stats for every round just disappeared in app

Starting to get a bit frustrated with this app. Iv tracked every putt for 10 rounds, even switched to the ct10 to track strokes gained putting. I go to look the other day and the putting numbers on my scorecards are all gone! I don’t understand how they would just disappear. Anyone else dealing with this? It’s beyond frustrating to spendt countless hundreds of dollars and tens of hours tracking this stuff just for it to get wiped away.

    Garmin is in the process of reviewing reports regarding golf stats missing. 

    I have sent users on this thread a direct message here in forums requesting some additional information on the issue to submit a ticket through your account to our Quality & Engineering team. 

    Please keep an eye out for my direct message in the message icon box located in the upper right section of the forums website, so I can get the information I have requested submitted. 

    Once more information is available on the concern, I will update my post here in forums and Garmin will email accounts that have had a ticket submitted through them.

    May 2nd, 2025: 

    A few hours ago, a new version of the Garmin Golf app was released (Version 3.3.2). Please check the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (AndroidOS) and search "Garmin Golf" to check and see if the version 3.3.2 update is showing available to install. 

    If version 3.3.2 is not showing available to install, check the Garmin Golf app Settings to confirm if version 3.3.2 is showing installed. 

    After confirming the Garmin Golf app on your mobile device is showing 3.3.2  installed, check your scorecards and performance stats to confirm if the metrics are now showing. 

    Please post if the concern is still persisting on the latest version we just released today.

    Still having issues after the new update. Only some scorecards shows Putts / GIRs / Up and Downs / Penalty stats

    Fix released May 7th, 2025: 

    Garmin has released an update to the iOS version of the Garmin Golf app (Version 3.3.3) that will prevent any further scorecards from missing information on rounds where stat tracking information was entered but not showing reflected after transferring to the Garmin Golf App. 

    This issue is specific to the Garmin Golf app on iOS. 

    At this time, the missing statistics on scorecards have not been fixed for scorecards affected after the 3.0 update...but we are working on a solution for potentially getting the missing information restored to the scorecards still missing the information.

    Once more information is available on the missing information becomes available, I will post here in forums as well. 

    We appreciate everyone's patience while working on a solution for the issue, and thank you to those who posted the concern here in forums providing info on the issue.
