My verified response in the blue box on the thread outlines the solution, if you are having concerns with virtual caddie previously working prior to the 20.21 update and after updating, you are now seeing an exclamation mark when attempting to use virtual caddie while at an actual course.
Also software version 20.24 was released yesterday to also correct concerns with the club list that contributed to virtual caddie showing the exclamation mark as well. The changelog for software version 20.24 can be referenced here: Approach S70 System Software 20.24
