Please open the Garmin Golf app on your smartphone. Then tap the Profile tab > Go to "My Bag" make an edit to your club type by changing the name of a club or something else…

Find it a little concerning that Garmin requires us to pay for a tee time in order to have the watch that cost over $1,000.00 to be troubleshooted. If 20.24 was released to help correct the problem that 20.21 caused, then the update alone should be sufficient to get the features working again rather than having to still make edits to the bag. If the slight edit is still needed after 20.24, then 20.24 clearly isn't the "fix".

Any advice on what I can do to fix this watch? I don't have any reason to use it at the moment as my custom club bag is not loading and neither are the club suggestions. I am currently on 20.24 and I have tried the rename a club, save and sync method. No solution has worked.
I also got frustated more than once with Garmin update in the past so I can understand your frustation.
My personal experience is that CT1 were well working fine after 20:21 as I did the fix "renaming clubs" (pure luck) before it official announcement.
I've since upgraded to 20:24 and everything still well. And it's seems that it's the case as well for the users reporting the issue at the beginning of the thread.
So, back to your issue: what is the problem that you are still facing? Can't assign club to CT1?
Thank you for the reply. I don’t care too much about the sensors. My main concern is I’m not getting club suggestions and in addition, the watch no longer recognizes my clubs in my bag. Despite still having my clubs named in my app, the watch only prompts me to the standard factory included clubs after shot detection. I’m still getting the exclamation mark when I request a club suggestion on the watch.
Ensure the name change is reflecting in the club list on the watch after making the change to the "My Bag" section in the Garmin Golf app > When you get to the course, sync your watch to the Garmin Golf app and then start the round.
The clubs listed in the "My Bag" menu should all reflect average and max distances as well from previous scorecards.
If you continue to have issues after that, I recommend contacting Garmin Support so a Golf Specialist can check your account and look into what further might be causing the concern with Virtual Caddie.
Hi I tried all of those steps and still cannot get the caddie to work. I tried on the golf course as well but had the ! for the whole round.
