Can you help? Golf map just won't get fixed... its been years

Hey Garmin moderators, maybe you can help me,

I play a course (https://www.miraclehillgolf.com/golf) once or so a week.  Its data is screwy on garmin devices b/c they swapped the front 9 and back 9 holes.

I've submitted changes to https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/golfcourses/ probably 3-4 times over the last 2 years.

Can any of Garmin forum mods help?

Here is what I've submitted today (which I've submitted several times before):

When playing golf at miracle hills (Omaha Nebraska), I have these problems:
Problem 1: On the scorecard, the holes are in the wrong order. The 1st hole, is now the 10th. 2nd hole is 11th, etc... Example: Garmin's scorecard's hole 10, is hole 1 on the real course. Basically the course reversed the front 9 and back 9 probably 5-10 years ago.

Problem 2: The maps ARE in the correct order. For example: Lets talk about hole 12. The scorecard shows hole 12 as a par 5. This is wrong (see Problem1 as this is actually a par 4). The map, on the garmin map after a round, shows the correct map. The REAL hole 12 is a dogleg left par 4, just like the garmin map shows.  The reason this is a problem is #3.

Problem 3: Since the scorecard and maps aren't lined aligned, the logged GPS shot data isn't correct. For example, in the real world, if I play hole 3, its a straight par 5. Garmin's scorecard shows that I played hole 12, and the shot data map displays the real world hole 12, so my GPS shots don't ever show up on the map. This would be easier to show in a screenshot or screencast... but this is because of problem #1 and #2.

  • After reviewing your concern, the course mapping loaded to Garmin devices is showing correct for that specific course for the CourseView file that is stored on the actual Garmin golf GPS devices.

The issue you are describing is related to the map graphics separately used within the Garmin Golf app and website. The map graphics displayed within the application on the scorecard, or when scoring through the Garmin Golf app are separate from the course maps that are loaded and displayed on a Garmin device.

My recommendation is to submit another Golf Course Report Form through the link you cited above on this post > Outline the issue as a map graphic issue specific to the maps displayed in the Garmin Golf application and the concerns with the holes you mentioned. If a report was submitted describing the concern without differentiating the source being specific to the app graphics...your previous reports may have been reviewed as an issue with the course mapping that is loaded to actual Garmin golf devices, of which are correct for the changes you mentioned.

This official app for this course also only offers three different tee box selections (Red, White, Blue). When starting a round within the Garmin Golf app for Miracle Hill, there are five tee box options showing available (Black, Blue, White, Golf, Red). If black and gold are not available tee boxes for that course, you may also want to include the extra two tee boxes being offered in the new report.

Once the correction has been made to the maps displayed in the Golf app, you will receive an email letting you know the issue is resolved through the app for that course.
