My wife's approach S62 has been a problem since we bought it over a year ago. It has been kept updated but keeps losing sync, will stop recording fitness data, will give incorrect yardages when next to my Approach S62. The compass will not calibrate at all, ever. Always says "failed" when calibration is attempted. We have factory reset multiple times, we have disconnected bluetooth, disconnected from phone, done everything the help pages have suggested. I did all of that again yesterday, and data tracking cameback temporarily, but today it has stopped again. I factory reste to try again but still cannot get the watch to communicate properly and cannot get the compass to calibrate. This phone has never functioned properly or kept sync for longer than a day or so. Do we just have a bad watch?
