What is the fix for my S62 not tracking my shots?

No detailed results for my round(s) everything else is working fine.

  • This seems to be a recurring issue. I've had the same problem (albeit, with a Venu 2) and can make no rhyme-or-reason as to when it tracks shots and when it doesn't.  Looking at the .fit files on the device, they all seem to be roughly the same size so I assume the data *may* be there. I've been unable to find any tool that can display the golf-specific stuff in a .fit file, though.

    Unfortunately, sync'ing with Garmin Express doesn't seem to make any difference. I've also found that deleting both the activity and scorecard in Garmin Connect and the re-uploading the .fit file will only add the activity. The scorecard doesn't seem to upload except at the conclusion of the round (when it's successful, that is).  There are a handful of .fit files in Garmin/Score on the device, but they won't upload to Garmin Connect.

    It's frustrating as this is really the only issue I've had with the device all summer.
