Not receiving any notifications on my S62

When I first synced the watch to my Samsung S20+, everything worked.  However, as of last night I no longer received any notifications (Apps, phone, text, etc).  I have removed and reinstalled every app on the phone.  I have confirmed in notification access that Connect is enabled, I have updated every app permission that I want to see on the watch is enabled, on Garmin Connect app, under notifications, I have enabled everything, and on the watch, Smart notifications are set to show all both during and not during activity.
