Map detailed scorecard on Garmin golf app not working

Garmin S62 sometimes not showing detail score card in the Garmin golf app so you can’t see the shots and clubs on the map, I just get the main score card screen. So far about 50% of the rounds not showing the detail map. Any help would be appreciated before I move on to Apple Watch. Thanks

The problem has miraculously disappeared in my case. All is OK now

I delete the golf app and install it again and it's fixed. At this point I have to do it after each round. Annoying but it works.

Thanks for your help, I’ve tried deleting the app but it still does show the information under the score card with the holes map and shot detail.

I'm having the same issue. The first 3 rounds I had the view showing each shot. Now it no longer shows and I have no idea how to fix.

Hi, only way I can get this to work is plug into the watch with the charge and connect to Garmin express app on my computer and once this sync it should show the detail of the round. Log a tick for support as this needs to be fixed.

I cleared the data in the garmin app on my phone and logged in again and this fixed the issue. Thanks!

On your phone, pull up the app and connect your watch. Then go to devices. Then hit sync. Hope it works for ya!
