No GPS

I have tried all the updates and workarounds suggested here. My Garmin Approach S62 was bought on 17.6.20 for Amarican Golf and it has stopped picking up and GPS signal. I have left is searching for satellites for an hour with still no joy. I have updated the software to 2.80 and followed al the instruction but still no joy. Is this an ongoing issue with the S62. I had an S60 for 18. months which worked beautifully but very disappointed with the new watch. Any advice would be much appreciated

    hi there I have tried everything that has been suggested and still NOTHING!!

    I tried Garmin express, and it said that my device was not supported.

    I have reset back to factory setting, and still no thing!!

    watch just keeps searching for satellites, need HELP

    and now watch won't even pair to the Garmin golf app

    watch is less then 24 hours old and its pretty much a brick at this point

    I am sorry you are having issues with your Approach S62. Given Garmin Express is giving you the error, it suggests you have your Approach S62 registered across multiple accounts/different emails between the Golf/Connect Mobile APPS on your smartphone and the Garmin Connect account being signed into using Garmin Express.

    Please reach out to your regional Golf Product Support so we can resolve your issues.

  • Just turned my S62 on for run and Wait for GPS message. Go into settings, scroll down to GPS and turn off!! Mine now worksShrug‍♂️

  • Go to run or walk. Wait for GPS message. Press settings, scroll down to GPS and turn off. Mine now works Shrug‍♂️
