Why Whatsapp Notification didnt appear on my S62

Im using IPX with IOS13.5.1 and connected with S62. the rest of the notification seems working well but i didn't get any notification for my WhatsApp. any special setting required?

In iOS, smart notifications that display on your watch are based on your iPhone's Settings > Notifications menu default settings found on the top and the previews settings for each APP on your iPhone.…

In iOS, smart notifications that display on your watch are based on your iPhone's Settings > Notifications menu default settings found on the top and the previews settings for each APP on your iPhone.

In Settings > Notifications > Whatsapp, ensure you have Options > Show Previews set to 'Always' (Default).
