I Have a problem: in the Garmin app my apple sees my watch (Appraoch s62) but in de connectiq app its not connected. its not seeing my appraoch s62 and can't i download different items.

Understand , But I can’t see how the Bluetooth is an issue on either phone or watch , as if I go out of range the watch will notify me it’s ‘ disconnected from phone ‘ , and likewise when I get back in range it will display it’s ‘ connected to phone ‘ ??
