Watch face

Hello,

My watch face keeps resetting to the default face, even if I download Garmin's watch faces from Connect IQ or third-party faces. The clock has been repaired by Garmin but still does not work, I use a Samsung S10+ and have not had any problems with other smartwatches. What can I do to fix this?

  • 3rd party watch face downloads from the Connect iQ store, require the iQ Store app to be running to transfer and populate the data displayed on the face, along with the Garmin Connect app running maintaining a sync with the watch.
