Hole by hole not showing on Scorecard

All of the sudden I’m not getting the hole-by hole graphic that shows each shot on a graphic of the hole. It not showing on the Garmin Connect or Garmin Golf app. Anybody else having this problem?

I am having the same problem. I have rebooted the watch but it still does not show hole by hole scores. This is the main reason I bought the watch.

I did a complete factory reset of the watch and it started to work again. You can google how to do that.

If you reset your watch to factory settings then set it up again it will work. Disconnect too from connect app then refund your watch. Loads on this forum had the same problem and this seems to fix it. Seems like a reset required after the recent major iOS upgrade on Apple.

This issue just happened to me about 10 days ago. I've gone through the factory reset procedure as well and am hoping it works for my next round.

I have exactly the same problem as you. It's frustrating the hell out of me!

I've emailed Garmin twice for NO RESPONSE!

Surely it can't be that hard to fix this issue with an update???

Hi Luke,

I'm getting the same problem - missing scorecards and now scorecards without shot-by-shot detail for each hole.

Did you guys ever find a fix for this problem?

Yep. I've had this problem for the past couple of months.

Was working fine for 1.5 years, now missing shot-by-shot details (as well as a couple of scorecards). Frustrating!
