Hole by hole not showing on Scorecard

All of the sudden I’m not getting the hole-by hole graphic that shows each shot on a graphic of the hole. It not showing on the Garmin Connect or Garmin Golf app. Anybody else having this problem?

Hi you can look at my last scorecard as i am having same issue. I have S40 but only synced by phone as dont have PC.

I have the same problem. But the data appears when there is a chance to enter the holes. That happens, when I have a longest drive in the round. Then I can enter this hole at the longes drive view and from that point on the scorecard is there and everything is normal for this round.

I've had this issue with every round I've played since 10th August, also noticed my steps on the s60 are not reflected in the garmin app

Restart means: press on/off button ca. 15 sec until S60 switches off, wait a moment and switch S60 on again.

I have the feeling that it is necessary to connect and sync via pc after several rounds. I do it after 4- 5 rounds. For me it looks like that there happens somewhere in the software of the S60 an overflow and that will be cleaned by sync with the pc.

Today after a round and saving it, the S60 shoews the message that my activity is now visible, but there was no scorecard from this round visible in the Golf app on my smartphone. I need to sync it via my pc and then the scorecard was visible. For the safety I did a restart. Let's see, what happens after my next competition tomorrow ...

This started on my S60 about 3 weeks agao (4 rounds ago) Tried all suggested fixes but still no sucsess

I've also got this problem and its been going on for about 3 weeks. Would love to hear about a fix from Garmin.

I noticed the same problem on my last two round. The only thing that I can rember was that the S60 run out of battery and after that the hole by hole data is missing
