Hi.. i did try base on your advise... but nothing good comes up... it still giving me a black screen.. i have try several cables and also trying charging with lowest voltage which I watch on youtube. All this happened just because of battery totally 0. Appreciate some advices. Thank you.
hello, check the contacts at back of the watch for usage or damaged contacts. (see my updated, original message)
1. clean the contacts of the watch and also the charging cable
2. connect the charging cable and charge the watch for a certain time, say 30 minutes. (even though you see nothing on the Garmin's screen)
3. only then press and hold the middle button for at least 30 seconds.
4. release the key very briefly and then press it again for a second or so.
