Worked for me aswell I was panicking for a sec there. Yes has to be plugged in and held for about 30secs to make sure lol then pressed it again and boom. Winner. Cheers mate. Over 3 years ago and Harvey is still saving the day!

Still having no joy.
Have cleaned the connection points, changed charging points, held the buttons as suggested, I know the battery is at 0% even if i leave it alone for some time charging nothing happens. Screen is completely black. Very frustrating

I have tried to asoft reset. The blue triangle appears and the frame freezes. I have repeated the process several times and also tried to recharge through other means. Freeze remains. Watch is fully non-functioning.

This certainly works, has happened a few times and taken a long time to get it alive, the above worked instantly and is obvioulsy the method to correct a run down battery .
